The new regulations for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) come into force on 25 May 2018. It is important to be able to comply with the new regulations by then. This requires pre-planning before the deadline whether you are a small or large business. The implications for the changes could have a serious impact on businesses and charities alike particularly with regard to how they gather data and hold it.
